the ancient bristlecone pine forest is located in the white mountains in inyo county ca. they contain the oldest living tree in the world. aptly named methuselah (come on- read a Bible if you don’t get it) is estimated to be 4,855 years old. i did not make in on this trip to the bristecone’s, but be sure to check back soon
